A lil’ Q&A, gov’nor:
Is construction still going here like right now right now?
IDK. There’s a lockdown in place, right? I used to pass through here daily, but not these days. This beehive of activity harnessed the awesome power of a fully operational mothership at least up to last week, during the current lockdown.
Isn’t this Four Seasons Tower actually “affordable housing” and therefore “essential” in some way?
IDK. Perhaps there’s some kind of argument like this that could justify construction work proceeding in the coming months (and months). There are obviously probs with this argument.
Would the car elevator be just for Steph Curry’s Porsche?
IDK. Maybe it’ll be a public car elevator. But there’s got to be some way to signal that you’re not in an “affordable” unit here, like one in the “low 3 millions” for instance.
Would the car elevator take Steph Curry’s Porsche all the way up to the 30th Floor, like Hong Kong style, or the way you might see it in a Fast & Furious movie?
IDK. But there must be something supr special about it, and speaking frankly here now, sry, first date panty dropper, wait til the girls see this on my ‘Gram kind of thing. You know, signalling.
You want the construction workers of the greater bay area to be unemployed for months and months?
They can make thousands and thousands of dollars per month with state and federal UI payments for months and months, plus not have to risk the long commute/close contact every day. Not saying that that’s a picnic, but continuing work on this tower doesn’t seem to match up with the rationale of the Shelter-In-Place orders. Seems like a carve-out.
Mmmm, I guess now I’m thinking that maybe Steph Curry’s Porsche Elevator isn’t so essential after all.
Now you’re on the trolley! Thank you, drive through.
